Program Overview
MCNA Dental is a dental plan for Idaho Smiles throughout the entire state. If you live in Idaho, you or your children may be assigned to MCNA. We will manage your dental care.
As an MCNA member, you will automatically have access to great dental care. MCNA offers you a large network of General Dentists and Dental Specialists across Idaho. We work with our network dentists to make sure you get the high-quality dental care you need for your best smile!

How to Enroll with MCNA Dental in Idaho
You will be notified by the State of Idaho that you have been enrolled with MCNA Dental to manage your dental care needs. You will automatically have access to great dental care through our statewide network of dentists. If you have questions about Medicaid benefits, please call the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (IDHW). You can call toll-free at 1-877-456-1233.

We offer these extra benefits to our members to help promote good oral health. If you are enrolled with MCNA, you can get the extra benefits below. Included in Your Plan
Bright Beginnings
Members who are pregnant are eligible for MCNA's Bright Beginnings program. Pregnant members will receive a free dental kit with oral health care supplies and information about good oral health for moms and babies.

Auxiliary Aids: The information on this website is available for free in other formats. Please call us to request it.
Help in Other Languages and Interpreter Services: If you do not speak English, we can help. We have access to interpreter services. These services let us help answer questions in your preferred language. We can also arrange for an interpreter when you visit the dentist. Our Member Hotline staff can arrange these services at no cost to you.
