In accordance with Governor Little's Self-Isolation Order related to the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19), MCNA is requiring dental providers to provide only emergency or urgent dental services at this time. Please view our Frequently Asked Questions for additional information.

The American Dental Association (ADA) has released interim guidance for the screening of patients to identify COVID-19 infection, and methods to minimize the risk of transmission. Please click here to review these recommended resources.

As part of IDHW's response to the COVID-19 emergency declaration, IDHW has filed a waiver which allows some flexibility during this disaster to ensure access to care for Medicaid members. IDHW will now allow licensed dentists to provide and bill MCNA for teledentistry services that allow for the triage of dental emergencies.
